Like you, we have listened and processed the information coming from the CDC, Federal, State, and Local authorities about the COVID-19( Coronavirus). Using their guidance, combined with our already strict methods to prevent the spread of germs and viruses, we will continue to keep our doors open to any team members who choose to come and train.

Of course, while we will double down on our efforts to keep everyone safe, it must be a team effort. Please remember the following:

-If you or a family member are ill or experiencing any Flu-like symptoms, please do not come in and train.

-If you have to use the restroom , please wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds with warm soapy water.

-Keep toe and finger nails trimmed and all cuts bandaged.

-Wash and disinfect all training gear before and after training.
