Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes alternating movements

3 Power Clean and Jerks (minute 2)

3 thrusters (minute 3) etc

*Ascend to your workout weight with perfect form, you are only allowed one weight for all 90 reps so scale based on your weakest movement.
