you have 10 minutes to complete the pull-ups.  At 10 minutes you continue the rest of the workout using your pull-up number.

Let’s say you have a green band and get 70 pull-ups at the 10:00 mark, you would use 70 as the new number for Push ups, Situps and Squats.
