As many Overhead squats as possible in 2 minutes. Men do 75#. Women do 45#. Rep is complete when full depth is achieved at the bottom of the squat (below parallel), and both hips, knees, and elbows are fully extended at the top.


Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes perform
3 Deadlifts, 225#/165#.
For the rest of the minute perform as many Wall Ball Shots, 20#/14# as possible.
Score is total number of Wall Balls.
