You aren’t allowed a running start–2 step max.  Must have full hip extension to count.

*If you aren’t comfortable doing high box jumps, challenge yourself to perform 6 unbroken sets of a SPECIFIC NUMBER, at a SPECIFIC HEIGHT.  If you break, the set does not count.
