WOD

Take 10 minutes to find your Weighted pull up 5 rep max

 

then…

 

Completes as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

 

1 Ring push-up, 1 Toes to bar, 30 double unders

 

2 Ring push-ups, 2 Toes to bar, 30 double unders

 

3 Ring push ups, 3 Toes to bars, 30 double unders

 

4 Ring push ups, 4 Toes to bars, 30 double unders… etc, etc…

 

Post how far you made it up the ladder.
