2 to 3 person teams:
1 Minute Intervals
5 stations for total score:
1) Buddy Tire Flip for reps (you go I go, or flip together)
2 )Buddy Box Jump (20 inch box)
3) Buddy Relay Cone Sprint
4) Buddy Wall Ball pass (12lb ball)
5) Buddy Burpees With Med Ball pass (10lb ball)
6) Rest 1 minute
