then...

Three rounds for time of:
10 Ground to Overhead Anyhow (95, 65)
200 yard Shuttle sprint ( the length of the gym down and back is 100 meters and 200 yards = 600 meters) * or you can use the distance measurer and run outside 50 yards and back twice. 50 yards = 150 feet.
