SOTTS PRESSES, POWER SNATCHES. SNATCH BALANCES AND OVERHEAD SQUATS

then…

Seven rounds for time of:
95/65 pound Power snatch, 7 reps
95/65 pound Snatch balance, 7 reps
95/65 pound Overhead squat, 7 reps
