February 19th workout of the day:

1) Snatch – Work up to a max for the day

2) Clean and Jerk – Work up to a max for the day


3 Rounds, 1 minute at each station of:

Farmers Carry 70/53 pounds (30 Feet = 1 Rep)

Rope Climbs

Stone to Shoulder 

Overhead Walking Lunge steps (Use 2 Kettlebells or Dumbells)
