  • In 2 minutes:

    • 200 meter run
    • 5 Squat snatches (60% of 1RM Squat snatch)
    • Rest of the time AMRAP Box jumps (24/20)

  • Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Score is the number of Box jumps performed.
