Shoulder Press 3 3 3+

Use 70% 75% 80% of your 1 rep max and get as many reps as possible on the last set

Then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

15 Overhead Squats 115/85 pounds

10 Chest to bar Pull Ups

Level 3 115/85, Chest to bar

Level 2 95/65, Pull Ups

Level 1 65/45, Assisted Pull-ups

Puppies 45/30/Pvc, Ring Rows
