then…

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

5 Bumper plate burpees

10 Pistols

15 Bumper plate situps

Level 3 =  (45/25) Burpees holding the plate

Level 2 = Assisted Pistols, Burpees on to the plate Medball situps (20/14)

Level 1 = Air Squats, Burpees on to plate, Regular Sit Up

post rounds completed
