OVERHEAD SQUATS, HANG POWER CLEANS AND WALL BALLS

A) Complete as many Overhead squats as possible in 2 minutes. Men do 75#. Women do 45#. Rep is complete when full depth is achieved at the bottom of the squat (below parallel), and both hips, knees, and elbows are fully extended at the top.

10 Hang Power cleans 95/65 pounds

20 wall balls 20/14 pound ball
