OVERHEAD SQUATS ,BOX JUMPS , BURPEES AND DOUBLE UNDERS

Take 10 minutes to find your 3 rep max on the Overhead Squat

then...

With a 20 minute running clock, perform:

100 box jumps (24/20″)

Then, in the remaining time, AMRAPS of:
7 burpees
21 double unders
