100 Tire Flips for time with 5 burpees every minute on the minute

Option 2)

For Time:
800m Run
100 Push-ups (hand release)
600m Run
100 Sit-ups
400m Run
50 Push-ups
200m Run
50 Sit-ups

Option 3)

Four rounds for time of:
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
30 Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
