Partner WOD:

2 rounds of:

Partner 1: 15 Tire Flips/inside-out jumps
Partner 2: Max. rep. Ball Slams  – go until other partner is done flipping
Rest 60 seconds
Switch roles and repeat

Then:
2 minute rest

Then:
2 minute max rep push ups

Then: 2 minute max rep sit ups with plate 25/10 pounds
