AMRAP in 25 minutes:

20 Hand Release Pushups

15 Wall Balls (20, 14)

10 Pullups

Run 400m with partner after each round

**one partner will complete one full round while the other partner does UNBROKEN burpee double unders = do a Burpee and then do 10 double unders (in place of the jump at the top). Do not stop to rest until your partner comes and gets you to go on your run together.
