2000 meter row (alternating every 500 meters with non rowing partner holding front rack position with 2 Kettlebells 53/35 or a barbell 135/95 pounds

100 Double unders, (you go I go no singles allowed must attempt double unders and attempts will count)

50 Bumper plate get ups 45/25 (A weighted sit up to standing with plate overhead)

400 meter partner carry each other totaling 800 meters together (Break this up into 200 meters intervals each and borrow a lighter person from another team if needed.) Piggy backing is ok.
