4 Rounds for time:
50 Double Unders…. partner holds a plank while you work
40 Situps… partner does lunges while you work
30 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)… partner does mountain climbers while you work
20 Box Jumps (24″, 20″)… partner does hollow rocks while you work
***For this workout, you will rotate exercises with your partner. Example:Round 1: Partner A does 50 double unders, Partner B does 40 situps, Partner A does KBS, Partner B does Box jumps.. then Round 2: Partner B does DU, Partner A does SU, etc….
