50 Push Ups (Hand release)
40 Deadlift (135, 95)
30 ground to overhead (135/95)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Rope Climbs
20 Box jumps
30 Ground to overhead
40 Deadlift
50 Pushups

Modify weight as needed (same barbell is used throughout workout).
Rope Mods:
Partial Climb (half way)
rope pull ups (x3)
ring rows (x3)
