Without seeing a video, thinking you need to dip your ass more is an assumption. While you do need leg drive you also need to note that the more away your hips are from the bar the longer the lever. My first question would be is this even necessary.

Now onto some things that might help...

Things that might help you dip lower.

1. Lift and stomp your toes right before you pull.

2. Pull the slack out of the bar before pulling it up, This will help bring your hips down some.

3. Roll the bar back to you before you pull. This is another way of getting your bodyweight falling backwards as you pull.
