Clean Pull or Deadlift 5-5-5 (50%,60%,70%)

Olympic Lifting Technique

3 Position Power Snatch + Snatch Push Press + Snatch Balance  (7 Sets)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

15 Hang Power Cleans, 115/75 pounds

12 Ring Dips

21 Sit-ups
