Take 10 minutes to find your 3 rep max on the Front squat
as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Snatches (Isabel weight)
15 Wall Ball shots (Karen weight).
Isabel weight is either 135, 95, 65, or pvc.
Wall ball weight is 20/14
