February 15th Workout of the day: 

A) Find a new 3 rep max Front Squat

B) 3 touch and go Power Snatches + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Snatch Balance (7 sets)


10 rounds for time:

3 Snatches with 70% of your bodyweight,

20 Double Unders,
