Front Squat 5-5-5 + (65%,75%,85%) Add 10 Pounds to your training max

then...

Complete as many rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes

20 Wall Ball (20/14)

5 Power Cleans (185/125)

Finisher:

Max Bumper Plate Burpees in 2 minutes
