First time you let the bar touch the ground, you must complete a round “Cindy” (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats).

2nd time you let the bar touch the ground, you complete two rounds of Cindy… 3rd time, three rounds of Cindy… Etc.
