then…

3 Rounds for total reps of:

Row for Calories

Hang Power Cleans (95, 65)

Box Jumps (24′, 20″)

Kettlebell Swings (53, 35)

Wall Balls (20, 14)

*For this workout, you will spend one minute at each station completing as many reps as you can.  After you minute, you will immediately switch to the next station.  After you have completed all 5 stations, you will have one minute of rest and then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.  Your score is the total number of reps completed for the entire workout and you will have a counter to count reps for you.
