Strength

Front Squat 3-3-3 + (70%,80%,90%)

Olympic Lifting

1 Snatch Pull +1 Below the Knee Power Snatch + 1 Touch and Go Snatch x 9

 Metcon

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 Minutes of:

20 Sit Ups

10 Squat Clean 95/65 pounds

5 Chest to Bar Pull ups
