Front Squat 3-3-3 + (70%,80%,90%)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 Minutes of:

5 Chest to bar Pull Ups

10 Hand Release Push Ups

20 pistols

post rounds completed

Finisher Muscle up practice 10 minutes
