Press 5-3-1 + (75%,85%,95%)

Olympic lifting Skill 

1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Full Clean  + 1 Jerk x 5 sets

then...

Five rounds for time of:

275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps

25 Sit-ups

Post time completed
