Deadlift 5,5,5+ (add 10 pounds)

Press 5,5,5+ (add 5 pounds)

(65%,75%,85%)

then....

In teams of 4, one working at at time:

40 Shoulder to Overheads 115/75 pounds

40 Tire Flips 450/225

200 Burpees

800 meter sled drag 45/25 pounds

2000 meter row

Drink a cold beverage and call time after the 4th member completes the drink. Go in any order but make sure you are only drinking at the end.
