Deadlift or Clean Pull 3-3-3 + (70%,80%,90%)

Press 3-3-3 + (70%,80%,90%)

Olympic Lifting Skill:

1 x Power Position Power Clean + 2 Jerks any style  (5 Sets)

then...

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 Minutes of: 

7 Clean and Jerks 155/105

14 Handstand Push Ups
