Columbus Day Workout "Becky"

We are only open at 630am and 10am October 9th Columbus day

Warm up with 2 rounds of : 5 Burpee Pull ups + 5 full snatches + 5 hang squat cleans + 5 back squats +5 push ups 

Conditioning:

800 meter run

30 squat snatches 95/65

400 meter run

30 hang squat cleans 95/65

200 meter run

30 back squats 95/65

400 meter run

30 push ups

800 meter run

30 pull ups
