Take 10 minutes to find your max height box jump
With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:
- 5 burpees
- 10 push-ups
- 15 box jumps 24/20
While one partner is inside working on the AMRAP, the other is outside running 400 meters. When the runner finishes, the partners switch places, taking over where the other left off. If you are doing it solo, do a 15 minute AMRAP of 5 burpees, 10 push ups, 15 box jumps, run 400 meters.
