November 12th Workout of the day:

Bench Press 1 or 3 rep

Ring Dip 3 x max reps

then..

5 rounds for time:

12 Hang Power Snatch, 95/65

15 Chest to bar Pull ups

post time completed

Stay after class and work on a skill if you have time
