November 5th Workout of the day: 

Bench Press 5-5-5 (50%60%70%) *Deload*


Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

30 Burpees, then in the time remaining,

6 Pull Ups

30 Double Unders

Post rounds completed

Finisher 2 x 400 meter sled drag (pick load)

If you have time, stay after class and work on a skill
