Bench Press 5-3-1+ (75%,85%,95%)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 with a partner:
*One partner completes 10 reps bench press & Pull Ups then switches with partner. Continue in this manner until last rep is complete. Bench press should be heavy (>70%).
