5 Snatches with 1 minute rest between. (135/95 pounds)

 

*Snatch can be of any kind as long as it is closest to RX, so if you can Power snatch 135/95, Great!

 

*Your time is the total time minus your 5 minutes of rest.

50 GHD Sit Ups/Pick a skill to work on.  Muscle ups, Kipping Pullups, Overhead Squats, Handstand Pushups, Handstand Walks etc...
