Back squat 3-3-3 + (70%,80%,90%)

Weighted Pull up 1 rep 

then... 

With a 15 minute running clock run 800 meters,

then...

max rounds in the time remaining of,

10 Burpees

25 Double-unders 

Post rounds completed
