Friday, Jan 1 – New Year’s Day – CLOSED
Saturday, Jan 2 – Regular hours

2 Muscle-Ups
3 Box Jumps 30/24
4 Snatch 115/80
5 Lateral Burpees
6 Push Press 115/80
7 Pistols
8 Toe to bar
9 Wall Ball 20/14 pounds
10 Chest to bar Pullups
11 Handstand Push Ups
12 Front Squats 115/80

Done like the song. You do the round and then all the previous rounds.

For example:

1 Clean and Jerk, then 2 Muscle Ups and 1 Clean and Jerk,

then 3 Box Jumps, 2 Muscle Ups and 1 Clean and Jerk etc...
