1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 12

For time:

1 Power Snatch 95/65 pounds

2 Ring Dips

3 Burpees

4 Pull-ups

5 Toes To Bars

6 Push-ups

7 Air Squats

8 Jumping Alternating Lunges

9 Box Jumps 24/20 inches

10 Wall Balls 20/14 pound ball

11 Kettlebell Swings 53/35 pounds

12 Thrusters 95/65 pounds

Done like the song. You do the round and then all the previous rounds.

For example:

1 Power Snatch, then 2 Ring Dips and 1 Power Snatch,

then 3 Burpees, 2 Ring Dips and 1 Power Snatch etc...
